Suva, Fiji- The regional preparatory meeting for the fourth session of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) on Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction opened this morning at the headquarters of the Pacific Islands Forum in Suva, Fiji.
